WEST COVINA, Calif. (KABC) – A two-vehicle hit-and-run crash on the 10 Freeway on Monday night has resulted in one arrest, according to authorities. The crash occurred around 9:30 p.m. near Azusa Avenue, involving a black car that ended up resting on top of a gray BMW, as captured in video footage from Eyewitness News.
