Cooper Walls, a freshman right-handed pitcher for the University of Hawaii baseball team, was named the Big West Pitcher of the Week for his outstanding performance on the field. Walls’ journey to this accolade began in Temecula, Calif., where he was playing catcher before converting to pitching.
