Casamero Florendo Sr., Benito Obiano, and Jerry J. Louis Sr. were respected members of the Hawaii community who recently passed away. Casamero Florendo Sr., a U.S. Army veteran, left behind a large family, including his sons, daughters, grandchildren, and great-grandchild. A service was held in his honor at the Hanapepe Veterans Cemetery.

Benito Obiano, originally from the Philippines, had a loving family with children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. His funeral service will take place at St. Catherine Church in Kapaa to honor his legacy.

Jerry J. Louis Sr. was remembered by his children in a heartfelt message, thanking friends and family for their support during this difficult time. Jerry was known for his involvement in ranching and rodeo, earning the title of All Around Cowboy in the 70s and being inducted into the Paniolo Hall of Fame in 2007. His Ranch 44 brand, passed down through generations, holds a special place in his family’s heart.

The memories and legacies of these three individuals will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved them. Their contributions to Hawaii’s community will be remembered and cherished for years to come.
