LOS ANGELES – Jimmy Kimmel and his team from “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” partnered with the St. Joseph Center in Los Angeles to bring holiday cheer to families in need at their annual Winter Wonderland Event. The event included decorating, gift giving, and providing support to low-income and unhoused individuals and families.
Since 2019, the “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” team has been working with St. Joseph Center to support their mission of providing housing, mental health services, education, and more to those in need. The event not only brought joy to the families but also served as a reminder of the important work being done by organizations like St. Joseph Center.
Families like Falesha Greeno, who have received help from the center, highlighted the impact of such events in lifting spirits and providing hope during challenging times. The event also included the unveiling of “Kimmel corner” and street signs honoring Kimmel and his wife, Molly McNearney
St. Joseph Center CEO & President Dr. Ryan Smith expressed gratitude for the support from Kimmel, McNearney, and their team, noting the significant impact their contributions have had in transitioning families into permanent housing.
The event served as a reminder of the importance of giving back and supporting those in need, with a goal of ensuring that no family is left on the streets.
