Hawaii men’s volleyball team announces complete 2025 schedule


The Hawaii men’s volleyball team has announced its 2025 schedule, which includes a total of 29 games with 19 home dates. Coach Charlie Wade has recruited 10 new players for the upcoming season, including his son Kainoa Wade, the state player of the year. The team is coming off a strong season with a 23-7 record and will look to continue their success in the Big West conference.

The Rainbow Warriors will kick off their season with an exhibition match against British Columbia on December 30, followed by their regular-season opener against McKendree on January 3. They will face tough opponents such as BYU and Stanford early in the season before hosting the Outrigger Volleyball Invitati onal in March, featuring ranked teams Ball State, Penn State, and USC.

In addition to conference matchups against teams like UC Irvine and Long Beach State, Hawaii will embark on an East Coast road trip in February to play Queens and Catawba College on the same day. The team will wrap up their season by hosting the Big West championship at the Stan Sheriff Center from April 24 to 26.

With a talented roster and a challenging schedule ahead, the Rainbow Warriors are gearing up for an exciting season as they aim to return to the NCAA Tournament after a four-year absence. Fans can catch all the action as Hawaii looks to make a deep postseason run in 2025.
