Two men, Alexander Kenyon Carlton Jr. and Calvin Jerade Spence Jr., have been charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of 29-year-old Davicia Jean Ann Lee at a Cook Out restaurant in North Carolina. A third man, Jamari Treyvon McKnight, has been charged with going armed to the terror of the people in connection to the incident. The shooting occurred after a fight broke out at the restaurant, resulting in Lee’s death. Carlton and Spence were arrested and taken to the Durham County Detention Center without bond on multiple charges, including first-degree murder. McKnight was also arrested and is being held in the Wake County Detention Center. The investigation into Lee’s homicide is ongoing, with all findings being turned over to the Durham County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution. The sheriff’s office described the shooting as an isolated incident. Attorneys for the three men have not been immediately identified. The two suspects face serious charges related to the murder, while the third suspect is facing a charge related to the use of a weapon during the incident.
