Dodgers Clinch 8th World Series Title in Thrilling Comeback Against Yankees

The Yankees took an early lead, powered by Aaron Judge’s home run, and extended their advantage to 5-0 by the fifth inning. However, defensive miscues from New York opened the door for the Dodgers, igniting a comeback. A dropped fly ball by Judge led to a series of errors, allowing L.A. to tie the game thanks to Freddie Freeman’s two-run single and Teoscar Hernández’s two-run double.
