Hawaii’s Lang and Alexander recognized with Big West weekly awards – KHON2


Hawaii’s athletes from the University of Hawaii, Lorrin Alexander and Skyler Williams, were recently recognized with Big West weekly honors. Lorrin Alexander, a senior, was named the Big West Conference Player of the Week for his outstanding performance in baseball. He had a .455 batting average over four games, including hitting two home runs and a double, which contributed to the team’s success.

On the other hand, Skyler Williams, a freshman, was named the Big West Freshman of the Week for her impressive performance in track and field. She set a personal best time in the 400m hurdles event at the Big West Challenge.
